Anhydrous sodium acetate is a colorless and transparent crystal with a melting point of 324 ℃. Easy to dissolve in water, can be used as a buffering agent, mordant, for the determination of lead, copper, nickel, iron, preparation of culture media, organic synthesis, film printing, etc.
